This class will help you ground yourself and bring yourself in balance, which is the first and most important step towards a happy and healthy life.

Anchora 2: Connecting with Spiritual Guides

Every person has spiritual guides or guardian angels. Some have more, some have less, but regardless, they are here to guide us and help us. We teach you how to connect with them, how to recognize their presence and energy. In this class, you will learn how to cleanse yourself from negative energies, how to connect with your guides and ask them questions about yourself. You can get confirmation on your “gut” feeling or intuition. This can help you with important decisions in your life, where both brain and heart need to be involved.

Anchora 3: Exploring Spiritual Gifts

We all have four gifts or talents in a spiritual way. What makes us different is the order in which they are disbursed. These gifts are Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Feeler/Healer, and Prophetic. We teach you how to recognize your most important ones and use them more efficiently. This helps greatly in communication with yourself and others. Thus, you can become more successful in all areas of your life and relationships, no matter are they personal or business-related.

Anchora 4: Holistic Human

Remember our story about the pipes in the house? In this class, we teach you how to clear all the pipes from energetic blockages. You learn about the “wholeness” and “oneness” of your mind, body, and emotions. They are all energy. Negative thought converts into negative emotion. Negative emotions build up and have a negative effect on the physical body. Learn how to free yourself from the negative baggage and become whole again.

Anchora 5: Conscious Breathing

With every inhale bring love and peace, with every exhale take out energetical garbage. Practiced throughout centuries, this form of meditation can help you tremendously to self-improve. It also increases awareness of your inner self. Learn how to understand your emotions and thoughts, why you have them, and how to resolve them through breathing. Energies within your body are gently reconstructed and balanced out.

Anchora 6: Awakening Your Dreams

When your brain is in REM cycle of sleep, which is usually just before you wake up, dreams happen. We don’t always remember them. Though the ones we do are important to us and should not be neglected. This class teaches you how to interpret your dreams, what they mean to you, and why are you dreaming of them, especially if the dream is reoccurring. Dreams usually represent some deep, unconscious issues that need to be resolved in order to cleanse some energetic blockages. You usually run from them when you are awake. While you sleep, your brain wants you to see what you don’t want to see with your eyes wide open.

This class will help you experience your own energy and expand your awareness by becoming aware of who you really are as an energetic being. Self-awareness is your ability to monitor your inner world, your thoughts, and your emotions as they arise. In that process, you come to adopt a non-judgmental attitude towards your inner self; accepting yourself as a human being containing both sides of polarity. Since our mind forms a blueprint of our emotional life, it conditions us to react the same way to similar events in the future. Being aware of yourself allows you to become conscious of this conditioning of the mind and then free yourself from its control. Finally, you become aware of other energies around you, start feeling them, recognizing them, and connecting with them.
